Eqipment not recognised in Pairing Screen

After normal login you will be taken to the pairing screen to connect your current equipment.In the event your equipment is not seen/recognised there are a number of reasons for this issue:

1. Please ensure that the Ant+ icon at the top right hand side id highlighted.
2. If the Ant+ icon is not highlighted please check that the Ant+ is connected correctly in the USB port.
3. If the Ant+ is connected and is know to be working please check your DEVICE MANAGER.
4. In device manager please ensure there are no warning symbols at the side of the Ant+.
5. If you see a warning symbol at the side of the Ant+, this indicates that a driver update is required.
6. DO NOT UPDATE from device manager.
7. Please go to the following link and download the latest drivers from Garmin Express ( Garmin Express - Windows | Garmin )
8. After installing the latest drivers return to the device manager to check the status of the Ant+ connector.
9. Before re starting the game please ensure that Garmin Express is not running normally or in the back ground (it can block your equipment in the pairing screen)
