Sending Log Files To Support

On some occasions the support team may require the user to send log files or bike message files for investigation for the purpose of finding some bugs or in normalities in the game or the user profile. Please follow the process below is you need to supply these files/logs.




Please scroll to the logs folder and open it




Once all files have been copied please send them to support@virtuprocycling with an explanation as to why they are being sent for review.
