There are a number of reasons why your trainer or devices may not be seen in the VirtuPro Pairing screen. Here are a few suggestions or reasons why.


1.Are you using a compatible Ant+ connector/dongle Please see list of known working Ant+ connectors/dongles


2. Ensure your Ant+ connection is secure in your USB socket


3. If your trainer or devices are over 1.5m from the Ant+ connector you may require a USB extension lead. These leads are common but we would recommend getting a USB repeater Extension which will increase/maintain the signal.


4. Most windows PC will automatically update drivers for USB connections. Check for driver updates if required.


5. Check in Device Manager that your Ant+ connector has been recognised and is working correctly (you can also check for updated drivers here)


6. If you have Garmin Express or Garmin Connect installed on your PC please ensure it is not running and ensure on the Windows tray that it is not running in the background.


7. Garmin Express will block the signal getting to the pairing screen on VirtuPro as it does on other platforms
