When you arrive at the FTP Pedal page the delay was originally design for the rider to continue their warm up for an additional 5 mins.
This explanation was not explained and therefore users believed that their screen had frozen and then quit.
On the next Update the delay has been removed and you should be able to go straight to the FTP test
