We have recently discovered that a number of users have been unable to download or update. We believe this is due to users being directed to the old server IP. The issue is that the DNS Cache on your PC may be storing the error in the DNS cache.
To resolve this issue, we would advise a DNS flushing or clean to ensure the next time you attempt to connect to VirtuPro you are directed to the correct server.
Please follow the instructions and images below to ensure you are directed to the correct IP Address. The process is fairly simple and with minimum computing knowledge or experience we believe that you will be able to carry this out.

DNS RESETTING FOR DOWNLOAD
Flushing the DNS cache on Windows 10 is a very easy process. Due to system security permissions, you must ensure that you run the command prompt as an administrator user.
1. Ensure that you're on the Windows 10 desktop.
2. In the search box please type cmd, a window will come Command Prompt (please select Run as Administrator)
3. Type in the command ipconfig /flushdns
4. Press enter and the command will be entered.
5. Restart game using User ID and correct Password.
